Changes in our Judiciary system

11/7/2011

Justice Soumitra Sen resigned before the alligation floored in the LokSabha in the last session.
In our constitution the process to expell the Justices is very complicated.
After our independence and before the constitution is implemented the Justice of Allahbad High Court
Shiv Prasad Sinha was suspended .
The then Governer General C.Rajgopalchari suspended him on the advice of Federal Court.
But after 1950 there is no such action noticed.
The first corruption charge was noticed against Bombay High Court Chief Justice S.K.Desai.
The Chief Justice of Supreme Court wrote him for a show cause notice.
He resigned from his post after being transferred to another High Court.
Then there was an alligation against Delhi High Court Chief Justice Sameet Mukherjee for
receiving bribe from a business man to give a decission in favour of him.
After an investigation by CBI Court he resigned from his post.
According to Dhara 124(4) of our constitution it requires to vote 2/3rd members of both Houses
for taking the serious action against the Justices of Supreme Court or High Court.
In order to appoint the Justices , there were so many changes made in course of time.
Long time ago the appointments were under the wills of Government.
Only the consent of Chief Justice of Supreme Court and the related High Court
were taken into consideration for that.
Those were some type of political appointments.
The appointments are always kept as secret till the time of President's signature on the letter.
In order to make the judiciary system clean, out of corruption and people oriented the
Judicial Standard and Accountibility Bill 2010 is going to be implemented soon.
Here there are provisions to suspend the Justices on whom there is a corruption charge.
Hope a clean Judiciary system will be there.

Successful trading comes from experience and experience comes from only after spending money and time in the Markets. A trader is considered only if he trades and makes money in bull or bear markets.
Proper analysis and strict financial discipline are the two important factors that are very crucial for a trader to be successful. Successful Traders have developed a good trading system after prolonged testing of the trading system.
A trading system may be of any kind but over a period, it should show good results, irrespective of any Market. Until you design a trading system, try experimenting with your system till you are satisfied with the system. This is not going to be a easy process.
Once you have found a successful trading system that works for you, you need to test the system for number of times for Profits and losses before you use it in real time.
A trader you trades the markets without proper trading system is destined to lose. So, designing a trading system is the half way mark for a successful trading. The next part is financial discipline.
Financial discipline is nothing but executing your trades based only on your system with proper entry and exit levels. The loss from any trade should be less and the profit from the trade should be more.
Successful mastering of developing a trading system and following it with discipline would surely make a successful Trader.

Friends,
I , at my school days had some pen friends. Out of them  some are not known to me physically till now.
At that time we had radio, news paper and post as our  medium to keep us communicated.
Now  it is the age of technology.
Within a fraction of second one can communicate with thousands of friends .
My idea of making friends are refreshing with renwed enthusiasm as the modern technology advances.
I think to take my blog into such a position that we ,all friends can share our ideas at a platform like http://www.indiblogger.in or
www.facebook.com etc.

Thanks
Sisir
